This product can be installed on ground level, above ground level, or below ground level areas, and is suitable for environments such as "three-season rooms and residences"—environments that are consistently without temperature control or with minimal temperature control, where temperature and relative humidity fluctuate with the seasons;
Before installation, the room temperature and humidity of the installation area must be consistent with normal year-round living conditions for at least one week;
The ambient temperature must be maintained between 55°F (approximately 12.8°C) and 85°F (approximately 29.4°C) for 72 hours before installation, during installation, and for 72 hours after installation;
Failure to comply with the above installation parameters will void the warranty.
Excessive moisture in the subfloor can lead to mold growth, mildew, and other moisture-related problems, resulting in an unhealthy indoor environment. We are not responsible for damage caused by such moisture problems; when installing on a concrete subfloor, it is recommended to use a 6-mil (approximately 0.15mm) thick polyethylene film;
Avoid exposing the flooring to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause fading and expansion. Use curtains, blinds, or protective window film;
Flooring installation should only be performed after all other construction procedures that could potentially damage the flooring have been completed;
All subfloor repairs must be completed with Portland cement-based compounds and be completely dry/cured before installation;
Please inspect all flooring planks for damage before installation. Claims/returns will not be accepted for cut and/or installed flooring;
Mix planks from multiple boxes during installation.
